Who is growing the next generation's food?

As the average life expectancy of farmers in Asia is around 70 years of age, a conundrum has inadvertently sprouted from this looming issue. Current generation of farmers are already at the twilight of their lives and with most of the younger generation already looking for greener pastures in terms of career elsewhere, it is safe to ask the question: who will take care of our tomorrow's food?
